I have to get to a store in the next couple of days to pick up a female to female adaptor, I could pick you one of those up if you want?

You mean one of these? (3.5mm Coupler) I was also looking for this today and no joy :(

Just a quickie, Chadd is lending me his female-to-female adapter (if not I'll buy one on Friday), but do I need an amplification source or can I plug my phone headphones straight in?

You do:

Monitor > VGA > 2x Phono-to-3.5mm > Female to Femal 3.5mm > Headphones.
That's how I've always done it in the past.

The VGA cable i got doesn't have one :mad: Otherwise i'll need to bring a micro hi-fi with me to output the sound, and it doesn't have a headphone socket so guaranteed to annoy the crap out of everyone.

I've got 2 of these that I will be bringing along. I don't have any spare 3.5mm female to female stereo jack couplers though.

Right I've just cancelled and rebooked my train tickets for the above journey. Cost me £10 cancellation charge but I guess that it could be worse.

Ultra, I'm having to send my return tickets down to the hotel as I can't get them sent to my address in time. I could have printed them out at Paddington apparantly but I don't want to be messing around with that on the way down only to miss my train. Fingers crossed that the tickets get to the hotel as the indian/asian women on the phone couldn't find the address at first.

I'll try and message you/or call this evening to confirm this with you.

I don't suppose anyone has a spare set of decent headphones do they?
All my friends don't use/broke/gave theirs away and use speakers now.

Don't fancy spending money one something I'm not likely to use much.

I picked up a set today for £4.99 of Logik ones from the usual PC competitor world. Volume control and all that jazz.
 
Psymonkee, are you still fetching 2 360's, one for me to borrow as mine is still showing as in the service centre :(
