When UE isn't downloading playing on live is actually a good speed, despite the other players. CoD4 has blown my expectations of it away, online has a definate BF2 theme to it, and i very much like it. I can't get over how well and quick the kill cam works.....

im quite far on it, couldnt seem to peel myself off of it, wait until the sniper mission! phwoar!!
 
I feel i must apologise, the amount fo travelling i have done the last few days completely destroyed my energy levels and i was overall pretty Tame throughout!

Just got back home to finish unpacking and im up at 6am... YAY

You and your friends sat there playing single player most of the time. Most disappointing.

Fantastic event guys, while I knew you were all great people I had no idea how normal most of you were! (bar pinky, obviously :p)

Just finished on a marathon session of COD4 on the LAN.

Everyones packing up now. Good times!

Just wrote a long post about how great the weekend was... Sadly at this time in the morning my brain is more or less mush... Which some of you may say is an improvement, but we can get into that later... suffice to say the long detailed post is gone and I cba to retype it. So I will just slap in the highlights:

The weekend was brilliant, I had a great time. Its great to put faces to so many names. I hope we can do this again,

The weekend went too quickly and I wish I could have spent more time getting to know everyone better.

McDingle was very tame compared to his online self, but he has a very unhealthy obsession with my son.

Pinky used a tampered with console (Not sure how close that comes to any rules breakages)

Kreeeee finally came out.

Thanks UE for hosting this and thank your family for being so hospitable.

PS. I hope to play with those that I have not played with prior to the lan and those that I played with irregularly in the past on XLB more often in the future.
