There's actually a video of the accident. The back end of the Gallardo goes about 5 feet off the ground. Check out the video here

Gallardo is right at the end of the video, really shocked it didn't go over.

Really good move.

If it's Dubai then the owner probably has a few spair cars anyway.. unless it was a Valet parker taking it round the block to park it

How gutting would that be! imaging the shock of hitting a bump or something and taking off on a street you know well and isn't supposed to have a bump on it...

The problem is also when you see it you'll brake hard dipping the nose which will give it more chance of being ripped off or damaged. Scary stuff!

I was in Dubai a week ago and there was a freak rainstorm that started just as we arrived at my uncle's house from the airport. The rain lasted for a day and night and caused at least 500 accidents in one day, on the major roads as the driving standards there are very poor and didnt adjust their speeds accordingly.
