"the comfort of 5 blades, with the precision of 1"

seriously, who uses the 1!

*raises hand*

I use it around my nose as the 5 blades I find too awkward.

I use gel, after a shower, wash my face with hot water. Stick on some FCUK oily soap stuff, decent gel and shave away. Wash with cold water, dab dry with a clean towel. Decent balm afterwards. Hate shaving though, although it looks and feels nicer.

Gel, i will sometimes use soap if their is no gel left as it tends to do the job, and a pack of 4 razers will do me 5 months ^_6.

Body shop Shaving cream. Expensive though at £4 a 250ml (?) tube. Foams a lot. Gillette 5 blade vibrating razor too, not out of choice but as there was an unwanted one at home. It's great.

Vitru Comfort shave cream, then Vitru Skin Salvage post shave cream

Quality stuff

I used to use gel but after reading a bunch of 'Spec me a Razor' threads here, I've switched to using a Merkur razor with badger hair brush and shaving cream. Definitely beats the 'goo in a can'!

Not fussed really, I s'pose gel would edge it if forced to state a preference. I'm more fussy about the razor to be honest - disposables or Wilkinson Sword razors cut me to shreds, so I stick to my trusty Gillette ...

Not to sound like an advert but Gel is clinically better for your skin (unless sensitive etc) then foam.

King of Shaves - Anti Bacterial. Mainly because i hate them small beard spots.
