Any thoughts on what this means to chelsea?

With Liverpool dropping 2 points, if chelsea win tomorrow they will 1 point behind them (DAMN BENAYOUN GOAL)

Saying that Everton usually do us at home

I've only just seen the score - had to work late. Can't believe I missed this match - looks like it was a belter! I'll have to watch the highlights.

Only seen the first five goals, but that was the second worst defending I've seen this season!

I can't think of any worser defending ever. The Liverpool and Newcastle games years ago used to be very open but this was on a different level. I'd be calling all the players in tomorrow and handing them a 'Defence for Dummies' book with practical exercises.

We are still pretty much in the same position we were before the game - we need MU to loose two games. Here's hoping!

Wish that was true, but we arent really in the same position..before tonight we didnt actually need Utd to lose any games, we just needed them to draw 2 of their games (providing we won all of ours). Now however its a requirement for them to lose twice.

Chelsea - Liverpool at the bridge?

Another fantastic example of why the english league is the best.

I've been saying for months that this years title would be decided by Arsenal, and sadly I think it has come true. A draw tonight simply isnt good enough, regardless of what happens tomorrow night. But I cant be too downhearted, we have fought and scrapped and battled this season, and if you had said to most people at the start of the season that Liverpool would be top of the league with 6 games to go, most wouldnt have believed you.

Proud of what we have done this year, we desperately need to sell some crap in our squad, and we desperately need a decent crosser of the ball (I'd be happy with Downing who might be cheap if Boro get relegated). We gave it a good fight, but I think the title has gone to Utd tonight.

A big +1

Chelsea - Liverpool at the bridge?

True but this was worse I think... Carragher was nowhere for most of the game as was Agger (more intent on getting forward) and then there was Arsenals defence - would have been better if both teams had played with 6!

thank **** for Arshavin, that last strike on his left was sooo **** sweet......absolutely bolted up the pitch like Carl Lewis and still had the composure to smash it in.

i'm slightly looking forward to next season ;) ....and now that's all Liverpool will have too hahahah ...never count out the Gunners to disrupt order when it's least likely.

And how do you know that exactly? We scored five perfectly fine goals and one was chalked off.

Yes and you kicked the hell out of Torres and we got no free kicks then you got goal kicks when it should have been corners... it's football.. human errors happen and even with the replay it was very marginal - as I said everyone then stopped so you can't say it was a goal because no one reacted.

football bloody hell :) as fergie once said

was a great game, arshavin took all his goals really well just need utd to do the job tomorrow now.
