Football 5th-6th Feb 2011 **SPOILERS**

Argh, makes our stupidity earlier on today all the more annoying. We'd have been two behind with them to play at the Emirates.

Still, at least now they can't get our record. :D

Yes, and thats still all you'll have to talk about at the end of the season, because you wont be winning anything else. ;)

Yeah, forgot he was on the pitch.

Oh..

To be fair, the ref was awful for little freekicks etc.

He buys the players, trains the players, selects the team, chooses the formation and playing style.

The teams performance is directly down to him and nothing else.

We are going to the bottom of the table side who are playing for their lives on a crap pitch, and we pick a **** weak midfield, a striker who is never up for these games and a defender who cant cope with power, pace or balls in to the box.

Go figure.

Where's that Spurs numbskull that was saying Wolves should go down?

The ****ing stick I'm going to get now because of that :(

Wow, Man Utd lost, massive result for Wolves. Point gained today instead of 2 lost, which I thought was inevitable. See how Man Utd cope now with the pressure of being unbeaten gone, could take it badly or flourish

Well the midfield has needed new players for nearly 2 seasons.

Just zero drive and creativity.

2 seasons? Carrick has been rubbish ever since he joined UTD. Luckily for him Ronaldo was carrying the team hence nobody really cared if the midfield was struggling or not!
The result has made next weeks game against city even bigger!

Evans went off injured I think. 2-1 down because our midfield is non-existant away from home.

Think its fair to say they are non-existant when you play at home, its just outweighed by the home advantage.

Carrick, Fletcher, for me Anderson aswell, Giggs, just rubbish, okay Giggs will have 4-5 stunning games a year, so will Richardson, or Reid, or Pederson, theres a reason none of them are at top clubs.

Taking of Berbatov, Fergie and Wenger both do this, front man getting zero service, don't change the people providing the service, change the guy upfront, so the new guy can continue to get none of the ball at all.

Why do they both do this after so many years of it not working, EVER. What happened against Blackpool, Berbatov wasn't in the game, made other changes, Berbatov gets two goals, with service Berbatov can control a game, hold posession, create chances or score, if no ones giving him the ball frankly you don't have anyone else capable of providing all these things in one player.

Just typical of United to waste a chance to pull away from their main title rival too (i.e. Arsenal). This weekend will have been amazing for Chelsea if they win tomorrow.

Well we're still top at the end of the day, and I doubt that Arsenal's unbeaten season will be repeated for a while simply because of the standard of the league at the time.

Just to **** a 29 game unbeaten run up the wall to Wolves. I mean seriously. At the Bridge? Yeah, alright. Emirates? Okay. But Moulineux? What a waste. They weren't even as good as they have been in past seasons, it was just a smash and grab raid and then back to parking the bus.

On a side note, if the midfield is going to continue to play like this, can we just go 5-2-3 and not bother with a central midfield at all? I reckon it'd actually be an impovement.

It's about the only positive to take from the game, they might relax and kill teams off now.
