Football 5th-6th Feb 2011 **SPOILERS**

Someone says on the BBC site that Steve Clarke is how a coach in Liverpool? And since he joined they stopped leaking goals?

That was incredible.

The internet works quick.

:eek::D

Its amazing that as soon as Hodgson leaves, as if by magic, Liverpool have been winning points like crazy.

Since Dalglish's took over, what is the games won, drawn, lost in the premier league for Liverpool...anybody?

Get the **** in :D

Thoroughly deserved victory. Restricted Chelsea to hopefully 25 yard shots and played some nice football when we got forward.

Every player played his part today, even Poulsen didn't do anything wrong when he came on.

And with a 10mil striker, turned winger, turned loveable movie misfit:D

They beat Chelsea with Hodgson too ;)

I didn't think you'd make this mistake a second time, but come on Tummy, surely you can count?

HAHA! Completely missed that!

Negative and Über defensive Liverpool, great result for them! HAHA Loved the shot of Torres on the bench.

Thought Liverpool offered little going forward, but moved the ball much better in midfield and seemed to look more "free" and looked like a team playing without pressure when they had the ball.

Chelsea, well £70 odd million spent and they're still as effective as a one legged man at an arse kicking competition going forward and as time went on, got worse and worse in defence. Terry went to pieces and as for the goal, haha laughable from Cech.

Good result for Liverpool :) played.

Excellent performance and win by Liverpool but an equally poor performance by Chelsea. Probably should've finished 2-1 had Maxi not missed an open net and Johnson been penalised for his shoulder barge but we still thoroughly deserved the win. Really hope Spurs take 4th and Torres ends up playing in the same competition as us next season :D

They did, but they also lost a heck of a lot of games. They are now upto 6th in the league. Under Hodgson they were languishing within striking distance of the relegation zone.

1 game does not make a great team/manager, since Hodgson's departure, Liverpool have been collecting A LOT of points.

Does anybody have the stats?

6 games; 4 wins, 1 draw and 1 defeat in the league. We're playing far better football, we're in a Europa League place and the club has regained the belief Hodgson tried so hard to destroy. Agger seems to have recovered from the season long injury Hodgson told us he had as well which is a nice bonus ;)
