Ibrahimovic and Mings have been charged with violent conduct by the Football Association. Got until 18:00 on Tuesday to reply to the charge.

Both will get a ban I think. Mings brought that foot down a bit quick for my liking, especially when he was looking down at the prone striker . . .

Ibra's was definitely deliberate as you could see he was already in the air and he thrust his elbow out but you could argue that Mings was looking at the ball when he caught Ibra (almost the same contact as Ibra catching Mings on the ass with his own boot seconds earlier) but should get charged for endangering an opponent.

They should also reduce the 2 yellows to 1 as there was no way the 1st challenge was a booking if Shaw's carbon copy wasn't a little earlier (or do they award a yellow to Shaw?)

One things for certain though and that's the ref had an absolute 'mare and should be demoted for a while.

Both should face quite a large ban to be honest, more dangerous than anything that has had long bans

I think the head stamp is worse than the elbow to be honest. You're not even allowed to stamp on people's heads in the UFC lol.
