It was really a red card, but an overall stupid situation. I think Ronaldo was asking for a foul for the shove on the other player(though people say he was asking for a handball in the box), other player shoves him, Ronaldo kind of, puts his hands up to the guys face. Hard to tell what he did, somewhere between pulling his hair and scratching down his face... not sure which he was trying to do. The guy then throws himself to the ground, then gets up, can't decide what happened to his own face, then goes down again. Another player then shoves Ronaldo, Ronaldo shoves him back, they play some gay chicken, but the other guy did try to then headbutt him after Ronaldo refused to kiss him, at which point Ronaldo got sent off.

I think he probably did deserve it, while stupid and childish, his hairpull/face scratch/nothing was raising his hands. The gay chicken/touching foreheads should have seen the other guy sent off. I think Ronaldo had a very tiny little slap in there on someone, but more of a pat on the cheek than a slap, certainly not a hit.

Whole situation was daft, 1 game ban for me. Ref probably got in trouble for no sending the other guy off.
