Very annoying the BBC seem to have removed the fixtures and table from the main football page, I cant see why they thought that would be a good idea.

Probably been told it was too "English mens football centric". Need more space for Scottish, international and womens football stories.

It's awful. They released essentially the same style update to the BBC News app recently, lots of white space and very little info. It got panned by 1 star reviews and still does. The bbc football page is the same essentially, absolutely loons who get paid to redesign something worse just for the sake of making changes.

I think people just assume it will make them easier to understand if they add a bit of a "local accent" to their english.
