Tom Lockyer has had an ICD fitted. He didn’t have one last time because he had atrial fibrillation, and that doesn’t require one as it’s non lethal. This time it must have came from the ventricles, and that is often fatal.

At least he’s protected against that now, just like Erikssen and Danny Blind. Still think he should retire though.
