Football Fixtures 20-21st September *Spoilers*

In what way?

He doesnt tackle, chase the ball down, challenge when the ball is thrown up to him, or get after loose balls.

He is therefore, lazy, cowardly in that he doesnt get in the mix for the ball.

.

RVN rarely did any of that either - but carry on if its gonna make you feel better

Obviously you know better than probably the best Manager in English football
(by all means mention Veron, Djemba Djemba etc but imo they are balanced out by the ones that came from the academy or absolutely nowhere like Beckham, Scholes, Neville *2, Giggs , Ronaldo, Brown, Vidic etc etc)

It takes time for players to get used to new teams - so please stfu and give him a chance, he has had 2 games and an assist already against two of thee top three teams last season

I thought a draw today was the least we deserved, Man.U. played well for the first 20mins or so then forgot what to do.
I think some of that was down to Chelsea having to shuffle the pack at the last minute when they lost Deco in the warm up (then Riccy) so it took a while to settle in to plan B.
Chelsea dominated after Man.U's goal and had we had a decent striker we would've won comfortably, J. Cole and Anelka missed a couple of absolute sitters that even Berbatov would've scored ;)
Riley was a bit trigger happy too which stopped the flow of the game at times and a couple of Man. U's bookings were a bit harsh not Scholes's or Rooney's mind as they were deserved, Scholes for not being able to tackle yet again and Rooney for losing the plot as usual.
85* :)

Sounds reasonable to me - both teams had a chance to win, Utd mainly in the 1st half , and CFC later in the game (although Utd had a 1/2 chance at the death)

I watched the game today (man u) one, how the hell did Breb get 3 ff bonus points he did naff all. Which moron decided that was the right choice.

We Arn't Bottom of the League, said We Arn't Bottom of the League!!!!

At least spurs are suffering too, christ wednesday's carling cup tie between the both of us will be painful

I'm chuffed we got a point today.

I'm also a bit disappointed we didn't finish them off, it seemed a great opportunity to break Chelsea's home record and get 3 valuable points.

Pompey were dire. Not to take anything away from City but the defending was virtually non existent, Pompey just looked like they couldn't be bothered.

Anway, put a top 4 team in front of City and then we'll see how good they are!

robinho really impressed me, not just with his skill, but he seemed very involved with the team and looked like he was enjoying himself. Would rather him at utd rather than berba at the moment lol :)

Couldn't help but laugh at Chiles and his over exuberant suggestions for getting more than 6 team yellows in a match. Hanson didn't seem too impressed.

Not sure if anybody else noticed this on Sky earlier (think they showed it at HT). Had me in stitches:

Dude, Ruud Van Nistelrooy was/is also one of the the best finishers the world has ever seen, was 4 years younger and 4 million pounds cheaper.
He also looked like he would do something every time he got the ball.

Ferguson got involved in a tug of war over a player he fancied, payed about £15 million pounds to much for him and its going to back fire.
Give it another month and your words will come back to haunt you.

Also, please dont tell me me to stfu, you wouldnt talk to me like it in the real world face to face, so dont lower yourself by doing it on here.

Well why dont you try and compare like to like - compare Ruud after two matches with Utd against Berba, it would be pretty similar, not after several years, and I stand by the fact Ruud did virtually nothing for the team apart from score - virtually no team play at all

Just because he "looked like " he would do something, he wasnt as miraculous as you are making out. Yes he was a great goal- getter but his attitude for the team stunk to high heaven (as proven by history)

£5m more maybe, £15 you are having a laugh (with Bent going for more a year ago and the new Russian striker - who is completely unproven in EPL, not to mention countless others)

More likely YOU are going to be eating your words, he will score and score a lot this season (mid 20's easily)

Actually I would say that face to face, it depends on the tone as to how its meant imo - wasnt meant offensively, but you are talking a lot of ****
