Football Fixtures 27-28th September *Spoilers*

Congrats to Hull - scoring all three goals at home to Arsenal, if they can keep this going they will be in a safe mid table position by May no doubt about it

BBC have got to be joking thinking its the end of Arsenal's title hopes though, they are only 3 points from the top which is nothing at all (even with a relatively young/inexperienced squad)

Arsenal lost 3 times all last season, they've lost twice this season in 6 games. It's realistic.

Disgracefull performance by us, Adebayor should have gone to Barca, did not look interested! Gallas needs to be shot, can't defend to save his life! Wenger just can't get us motivated for these kind of games, we come in expecting to win, I'm ashamed to be an Arsenal fan today

Its nothing to do with motivation, Adebayor is never motivated, for any games, he's scored in 1 of 6 games now, might of got a hatrick but hasn't looked close to getting a goal in the others, he's no where near good enough. We've played 4 teams who are off form, and beaten them easily and in the 2 we've lost where the other team actually put us under pressure Denilson looks like a league 2 player, shooting woefully from 30 yards rather than pass(its a law no brazillian at arsenal can shoot from outside the box), he refuses to stay deeper than Fabregas so he ends up dropping stupidly deep all the time when we need him running into the box(same happened last year when Flamini edged further and further forwards). He won about 2 tackles in the entire game, stood miles off Giovanni for the goal rather than close him down, gave the ball away constantly and is just utterly crap against even slightly good opposition.

Theo's England performance was essentially as a striker and he looked great again, when he plays far further up the pitch he looks great, as a winger in a physical game with big players he looks a joke. Ade/Denilson were the worst on the pitch so obviously they weren't the ones to be subbed, instead we bought on two strikers screwed the formation and played with no real shape in the last 20 minutes. Wengers afraid to drop Adebayor, and thats what ended our title hopes last year, after his lucky goal spell dried up he stuck with him no matter what for some unknown reason. The amount of games our main striker gets through in a season without a shot on target, and often without a single shot at all is ridiculous.

Frankly, you can lose 3 at the start and go unbeaten for the season, you can also do that and end up midtable by just drawing rather than winning. Nothings over yet, but Denilson has to be dropped completely from the side, he's no where near good enough, he's got zero defensive talent and we need a defensive midfielder, simple as that really, he's also useless till he gets in the box which just makes him far to limited. The problem is, we have only eboue, and after him no cover at all because Wenger wouldn't buy anyone. The chances of us remaining unbeaten without a defensive midfielder are 1 in a million to be honest.

until he drops Ade and makes that lazy git actually do some work to get in the team he'll be as completely useless as he was today.

He responded to a question about squad depth after the Sheffield game that it basically proves we have the depth, yet as per usual he refuses to "really" use that depth, he just rests the first team as infrequently that Carling cup games come around. Frankly, Ramsey was better both attacking and defensively than Denilson in preseason,Wilshire plays stronger than Theo does, rushing Clichy back in was risky and considering Wengers frequent rushing players back resulting in massive injuries could have been avoided.

its all a joke, even today at half time or after we went 1 up he could have bought off Denilson and Ade for Vela and hell, djourou but he didn't, he screwed up again.

Adebayor should not have even started IMO, He tends to need 6 clear cut chances to put one away.

he's hopeless, every time we play any of our strikers with Ade, they look poor. Everytime we play any of out strikers with ANY of our strikers EXCEPT Ade their interplay is fantastic, they make constant runs create dozens of chances and win all the time.

Hull were probably a little better than Fulham played against us, they weren't great, we were simply flattered by Blackburn, Bolton and co because frankly, they are all prospects for relegation. We are beating close to bottom of the table and losing to midtable teams, we've not played a top 10 team yet and I'm scared to tbh with denilson in the team....... we're pathetic, truly pathetic. We've now played 3 mid table types, Hull, Fulham and Kiev and looked woeful in all 3. Song and Denilson as first team players, I cringe when I see the names on the teamsheet.

I know what your saying with Song and Denilson as first team players, surely its time to bring Aaron Ramsey and maybe even Wilshere into the fold even if its show them two that they need to buck they're ideas up

I love reading the WE and US posts supporting liverpool / arsenal and then looking <<< left at the location to see people coming from North Wales / Doncaster whereever these glory hunting fans are based.

Did any of the Chelsea fans hear Stoke today. This particular chant sums up my post.

"We support, we support, We support our local team..."

I love the way how ignorant people assume where you come from decides who you support, my family (generations ago from London) has a long line of supporting Arsenal and I've supported them since I can remember. The level of stupidity on this forum amazes me sometimes.

I don't normally post in this part of the forum normally just lurk, but this post deserved a MASSIVE lol. How you can make such assumptions from a line of text is a frankly absurd. </rant>
