Football SPOILERS 11/12 April

Thankfully it looks like my worries were unfounded.

Outstanding first goal by Torres, such a world class striker.

Also want to mention Riera, been really happy with his performance today, Insua is also playing well. Looks like a promising left back for the future if we can get him more games under his belt.

nonsense, it isn't and wasn't the key, Blackburn are utter crap as they have been all year. Incredibly easy to score against, terrible defense, midfield and upfront. Poor passing, horrible positionally, don't track runners, can't defend set pieces. Starting Samba upfront is hilarious as defensively I'd take him over Ooijer any day of the week. First goal was easy to defend except both Nelson and Ooijer gave it up once Torres's touch took it slightly away from goal, had they both ran 1 metre further and got between him and the goal, the shot would have been blocked.

Scoring 4 against blackburn isn't good, its average at best.

Theres a reason I said they'd be likely to go down 3-4 games into the season and that they aren't even remotely close to the Blackburn of 2 years ago. But for an incredibly lucky decision last week they'd be in the bottom 3 already.
 
Great response after our mauling midweek. Torres has taken both of his goals extremely well but it's Mascherano that's really stood out for me. When he plays Alonso gets so much more time on the ball and his passing looks much better than it did against Chelsea as a result. Insua has put in another fantastic shift and I'd happily take him as our first choice left back now.

I was enraged when Dossena came on for Aurelio on Tuesday, I really wanted to see Insua play, it might have been 3-2 or even 3-3 then.

again, what game are you watching, Blackburn's right winger is almost never tracking back or offering any cover, so you've got 2 guys to pass around one crap rightback, you're essentially calling Insua great for, running up the wing completely unimpeded and unchallenged, wooo. Honestly blackburn have been bad all year but so far this is the worst I've seen them play, like I said not scoring 4 would be a bad result, this is average. Personally I think they are the worst team in the league only offset by having strikers of a far higher quality than the likes of West Brom, Boro, Stoke, now even they aren't playing.

DM do you EVER say anything complimentary about another team? or whenever a top 4 team is beating someone, its ALWAYS the losing teams fault and nothing to do with the exceptional striker/player on the pitch?

Given they've only conceded 5 against Man United, and 4 against Arsenal and Villa I'd say scoring 4 against them is very good. Obviously your flawed logic and dislike for a team and manager has clouded your views once again.

They're on 34 points. If they lost they'd be on 31 points 2 ahead of the 18th placed team. Again, you don't know what you're talking about.

Liverpool have Played well, and the first goal was brilliant, and the 2nd goal was a good header to even though it was a foul, but you have to admit that blackburn have been terrible, they cant do anything right and the space their giving liverpool is shocking they may as well be attacking against the goalkeeper and nobody else.
