Lol it seems to be working for me....

what seems to be working for you?
in real terms, what have you gained, over what period of time?
how heavy are you?
whats your bodyfat%?

Have you really broken down what you eat into the different groups and know how many grams of each (and therefor calories) you are really taking in?
£30 a week for all that a week, would be hard pushed i bet.

I call BS tbh. all that food and 2 weight gain shakes rofl.

That's a lot of food! Have you looked into what could be the cause? Over active thyroid or something like that?

Agreed, and if you think you have an overactive thyroid get to the doctors, my father had that problem and barely slept most nights, then proceeded to pass out and drop a baby version of me down the stairs!

Indeed. As well as cholesterol and fat levels. I don't see any fruit or veg in there either!

I didn't list the fruit and veg :P.... I have 2 Orchard's in my garden with like 8 apple trees in each one... I just help my self through the summer :). My grandad also owns a farm, so i get all of the veg from there.

You know even though it's not a huge benefit for him, it's not that bad. I have m8s who eat 100x worse, im talking liters of coca cola, pints of beer, 10 packs of crisps, lots of chocolate, chips, chinese, mcdonalds constantly and have done for years yet no health problems.

imo you are ruining a perfectly good thread :]
post up something worthwhile maybe - like answers to the questions i gave you :]

what seems to be working for you? This "Eat everything you can get your hands on" diet.

in real terms, what have you gained, over what period of time? Gone up 30KG Benchpress max in 6 months (A lot of it was muscle memory, i admit). When i started Training a few months ago, i was 10 stone 4.

how heavy are you? 11 stone 2

whats your bodyfat%? 9% According to Electrode BMI Measurer

Wouldn't trust the BMI measurer myself, but what was it 6 months ago?
Are you seriously saying that you are eating all of that and not putting on shed loads of fat? that for 6 months you have clean bulked and added on nearly a stone of lean mass?
you should go in for testing, get those genetics of yours bottled and sold in shops.

given you have only just got back into this, i wont consider the 30kg bench gain as yes, likely to be muscle memory and the intial gains that most people make.

6000kcals at 11st and not putting on fat rofl.

Hmm Fair enough dude. I can only speak the truth... If that's not credible then I cant do anything. I have booked myself in for a checkup after reccomendation by FreeFaller :)

That they know about.... yet ;)

We all have mates like that. Thing is none of those mates I know with such diets are still playing football, going to the gym or just generally being active anymore. As they're hitting 35 they're sprouting huge bellies because they think they can still get away with what they did when they were younger. Slowly but surely the excuses come about why they can't make it.... slippery slope!
