To any casual gym goer, they don't mean jack **** and they probably won't hold any advantage over normal whey.

:o.

Going with current prices, 912kg of ON Whey costs £17, and I can make a mix just a good as that for less. 657g of WPI = £6.30, 105g of L-glut = £0.79, 150g BCAA = £3.03. Total is £10.12. Personally I wouldn't bother with WPI and would use concentrate, either way, it's almost half the price.

Been looking into this as an option of fine tuning my diet, how do you find the taste your custom formula? Also how do you work out how much of each ingredient to add in?

Well. To maintain my weight I have to eat about 5000 kcal a day! Its not impossible!

Although, by "about 5000" I actually mean "more like 3000."

On an Average day i usually have:

10-20 Big Home made pancakes with various toppings
2-4 Packets of Cold Chicken Pieces
2 Weight Gain Shakes
3 Bowls of Cereal with 4 Weetabix at a time
2 Chicken Legs/Pieces of chicken Breast (depending on whats i buy)
1 Large Coronation Chicken Baguette
2 Large Naan Breads with Various Fillings (including mozarella, tomato puree etc)
1 Protein Shake (after workout)

Hoping to bring the bodyfat down a bit and get 180 when my knee and lower back heal a bit.

Do you have a job/life?

Ahh.... ok, I thought maybe you could be suffering from your body not digesting your food properly. Have you ever tried taking pre/pro biotics? Doesn't have to be supplements, pineapple is a good pre biotic, as is coconut water (from a green coconut) and bio live yoghurt is a good pro biotic.

That's a lot of food! Have you looked into what could be the cause? Over active thyroid or something like that?

I have no idea dude... I ask anyone around me and they just say "It's because you're still growing ;)"... Surely something weird is going on though? I'm Constantly hungry... lol

It sounds slightly dodgy to me mate. No matter how efficient your metabolism is, that is a LOT of food which even top level athletes, and other such people wouldn't get near to. Of course you could just be a lucky person that eats lots without any problems. I've never come across someone who eats that much and never feels satiated.
