Yeah, I blitz 500gms at a time and store them in the container that my first (and only) MP oats came in! ;)

I've got a 2-speed Kenwood blender that was given to me, still going strong - false economy my ass!! :p

you can get half decent blenders on ebay or hell even in argos for under a tenner.

But im growing attached to the fine-ness of the MP fine oats. And when 5kg's lasts over 1 month for like £10 who cares
 
Hooray! After 9 days off (mainly through injury) from the gym I get to go back today :D I'm so excited and such a loser about it lol. It's only been just over a week and I feel as if I have lost loads of weight and just deflated :( (I'm sure it's a mental thing).

Oh and for all those talking about blenders and such, you all need one of these badboys

You can buy them cant you but the one they use for the show is a special one im sure i read uses an industrial motor or something that costs loads the ones you buy are lik 1/2 the power
 
Yeah I'm not overly sure about the demonstration one and the actual ones you can buy. All I know is that they are dam expensive!! $400 for one of those badboys.
I presume they have the same power as they have been on some TV shows etc ???
 
As to be accepted been back to the gym this week and my strength in the gym is terrible, but whats worse is how easy my muscles are failing, if i plan to do reps of 20, 15, 12 and i have less than a minute in between i cant do half the reps i want to on the next set.
Imagine my embaressment when doing shoulders and im failing at 6 reps with only 22.5kg dumbells:mad:
Oh well on the road to recovery, at least im back in the gym and building myself up to when i can actually train flat out.

We have a couple of strongman "log press" cylinders in my gym. On a monday I do a 180kg deadlift followed by sets of 3 reps of a 65kg log. Not until late last year I could not do a single rep. I do a full motion each rep i.e. floor, thighs, shoulder & press. Then I do some bicep curls.

I arm wrestled a geezer who only does bicep curls at home and goes for a jog, and he beat me.:rolleyes: Both arms several times.

Do not ever arm wrestle ANYBODY. Arm wrestling does nothing but damage your joints and is the most unreliable measure of strength ever.

Tell him you want to challange him in the big 5, see who wins.
