Errm - you do realise that this is an internet forum, yes? Its moderated in the way that the forum owner sees fit. Coming on here as a relatively new member, suggesting legal procedings - Do you not see that you're annoying people by being a smartarse?

Fair play - you get paid 'a six figure sum'. Unfortunately money can't buy you common sense :)

I'm not entirely sure what "boss" you keep talking about? My boss sits in her office and worries about how many holidays we've sold.

Maybe you don't know, but none of us are paid to moderate the forums - we do so voluntarily. So in that respect I don't have a boss because I choose to do this.

It's got nothing to do with power either, I have no desire to show anybody my "true power" whatever that means. I just don't want people sniping at other members needlessly - it creates negativity and bad atmosphere. :)

You have already incorrectly said that this is a public forum (it isn't) and you'll troll if you wish (you won't), that you are sticking up for the rights of the members (they don't have any - this is not a public forum, it is one we choose to allow people to post on, and we choose to moderate it as we see fit)

I've also asked you to email a Commissario instead of further derailing this thread (you haven't) and now you have asked me to revoke your membership (I'm not going to) which apparently I can't "legally" do anyway even though you have specifically requested that I do so?

So, once again - please: Get your legal team to forward their case to one of the Commissarios (whilst not my "boss" they are indeed the next line in the chain of command) so that an arrangement can be come to. Thankyou :)

In the meantime, needmorespeed please accept my apologies once again for the further derailment of your thread. And to everybody else, don't fan the flames :)

It's a private forum no? Surely if you make childish remarks/threats this is classed as trolling? It's why this forum is so heavily moderated, to keep the content decent as I'm sure you would so wish if you were in Spie's position. This forum is as good as a branch of Ocuk, with buyers/potential buyers of various stuff from the Ocuk website, so they don't need scaring off/insulting/being persitantly badgered by unhelpful posts.

If as you say your other posting activity has been 'positive', then why not keep it that way?

Anyhoo, nice Mondeo there. What's the BHP/torque figures for that engine?

Looked at the ex-BTCC cars and linked to and liked the Dymag wheels on the '93 Mondy. Phwoar, serious rim pRon!!!
 
Obviously a good powerful engine but you definately need to get that RSAP kit on asap. Will be great then.

I see no other reason for "who wants to look at a mondeo anyway?" than to cause trouble and banning would come under 'dealt with accordingly' would it not?

It's laughable you mention legal rights and obligations in this situation. The judge would laugh in your face. After your own legal representative had finished laughing that is :D .

Yeah you need to do the side repeators, it is a simple job once you manage to get your hand behind the wheel arch liners, I used a small flat head screw driver to pop the clips and out they came, eventually...lol

Nice little mod that has a dramatic effect to the image instantly.

RSAP - Basically its the bodykit that the ST24 Mondeo was fitted with, stands for Rally Sport Appearance Pack - something like that.

That is indeed Fox's mondeo, that picture was taken during the SouthWest Motors Meet i think.
