Ford Mustang to be released in EU

.
Looks like it could be a lot of fun to drive. For a Focus it looks good, but not enough to excite me and it sounds well very boy racer, but I suspect to drive it could be exceptional.

2016 looks good for Ford. :)

yea but that aint right for a middle age man like me, but it's deffo the one to have if you're only 30.... it looks great in Gray

*cough*

Picked it up this evening, got them to do the deal as it was the end of the year, they came way off their $25k over MSRP for me.

Avalanche grey which is unique to the GT350, with the tech package and black roof.

Front splitter didn't get fitted yet, but the dealer will take care of that sometime over the coming days.

How thoroughly mean :p

Gibbo, 1.5 years in the waiting, a car finally docked in Europe, mere weeks away from reaching the culmination point of a thread well over a thousand posts long, pile of parts ready and waiting.

Iceman wanders down the dealer, buys a Shelby, job done.

:p

Absolutely freaking awesome Dave. :)

We definetely need a review from you considering all the awesome exotic stuff you have owned to really see how a Ford compares.

Yes Avalanche is a gorgeous colour, Lethal Performance have the same car as you and just fitted a Whipple super charger kit to it, think on the stock tune its kicking out 840BHP and still revving to 8500rpm, so if you get bored of the power get in touch with Lethal Performance as they can hook you up for sure.

Love it, it is a shame your in Florida, as I fly to Las Vegas on Monday, so its a bit far for us to meet up. Enjoy it m8, totally awesome car and really at under 100k only beaten by the Corvette C7 Z06 Stringray, but that does cost nearly twice as much as is supposedly not so good on the road but on track supposedly the new Z06 has beaten everything, but I'd still take the Shelby given the option.

Can't wait to get my lowly GT! :D

The black wheels and stripes do not suit that tbh, is it trying to be a Viper? :(

Silver wheels + normal paint job = looks great :)

One would imagine it's trying to be a 1965 Shelby GT350, which had stripes

edit - from wiki;

"All 1965 G.T. 350s were painted Wimbledon White with Guardsman Blue rocker stripes. Very few GT350s were delivered to the dealer with the optional "Le Mans" (or "LeMans") top stripes, which run the length of the entire car. Approximately 28% of the 562 1965 cars built had Le Mans stripes. Dealers often added the stripes, probably at the customer's request.[5] Today, it is difficult to find a GT 350 not so equipped."

A local neighbour now has a shiny red GT on his driveway, making me think I should have ordered one now but I do wonder how popular and common these will become.

Come summer I think I may need a new car. :D

Aren't they only selling like 2k cars a year in the UK? which will make it a pretty rare sight I would think?
