Fortnite Battle Royale

Hmm, Over the last few days I am playing much better, Seem a little faster at building, Maybe I'm getting used to it more.

Boy keeps making me play this with him. I hate this game, I hate the jumping and I hate the building. :p

I'm with you. :D

Though tbh, I am quite enjoying it even though I cba with building. Moslty the fun comes from the chaotic confusion as me and the kids yell at each other.

My problem is I play left-handed, using arrow keys to move, and with the building and weapon and trap selections, there are too many keys to fit into my familiar arrangement on the Ins to Pg Dn and number pad keys. I am constantly fumbling with what I want to do and can't get building quickly enough, so I just don't bother.

There better not be any spoilers for the Movie.... I've had no time to go watch it due to family and work commitments grrr

From what i've seen of some of the gameplay there dosnt seem to be anything that would spoil the film for you.

the infiity gauntlet lands in a random location out of the sky, whoever gets it turns into thanos until they are killed and eliminated and the gauntlet drops like any other weapon for the next person to pick it up.

My lad plays this, asked if he could get a new skin but when I looked it works out at 20 pounds an outfit!? Am I reading that wrong or are outfits really that much? Is there any other way of getting them? 20 pounds seems a bit steep for one item.

You buy v bucks and use those v bucks to buy in game stuff. Some of them are expensive. Everything you pay for in the game is purely cosmetic stuff. No play to win.

Yes for the highest tier skins they are £20.

I appreciate it is not pay to win and they are all cosmetics, just seems a crazy high price for a single skin. I'm not prepared to pay that amount for one outfit, if they lowered the price I reckon they would get a lot more sales. 20 pounds is hardly a micro transaction!

The equivalent of Panini stickers for Fortnite. The amount of new characters that'll be released I guarantee the more he'll want, more so through the influence of his friends.

oh i'm with ya. I play fortnite all the time with a few pals and having the latest skins doesnt make the game any better/worse.

bind building keys to mouse buttons ;)

bind building keys to mouse buttons ;)

This is probably one of the best tips for anyone, make sure your building keys are bound to something you can quickly hit when your being shot at to create cover and build quickly.

That does make sense, but I hold my mouse in such a way that I can't easily press the side buttons without first shifting my grip - which actually takes more time than pressing Del, End or Pg Dn.

I've tried a few different mice and am yet to find a decent one that my grip lets me press the side buttons comfortably.
