I love this forum, amazing layout, clear and easy to read.

BUT

I don't like the way you have to request for a poll, seems strange to me, don't know why, maybe its just me.
 
Love it. restriction on avatars, restriction on sigs, simple lay out, darkish blue colour with white text is simple to read.

Honestly hate, from the pit of my stomach moving, flashing or anything animated in a forum.

I hope the forum admins never ever mess with it. It's fine the way it is !.
 
This forum is the easiest on the eyes.

However I do believe for Firefox users there is a black theme, not sure how you activate it but have heard such a thing exist.
 
Blue theme works great on here as it is. Black theme is even better. If you use chrome, you dont even need stylish.
 
I love it, as has been said many times it is neat and I am really not a fan of any big sigs.
Infact making strict limits on them makes people more creative with them and i find that more impressive.

The readability is good too no gripes their though i wish a work alternative background could be available than have a big blue screen showing!
 
It's blue..... Is thats what you find heavy on the eye and unpleasant to look at?

I've been doing it for years now, and I dont mind it atall. I do hate certain text colours being used on the blue background, they burn the eyeses.

But when used as standard it's perfectly fine.

There is a black version available through script, I used it a while back but decided to return to the blue version, it just didnt feel right.
 
I also use the black theme it looks much better imo, I can't bare to look at the forum in blue any more feels tacky after looking at the black theme for a year or two.
 
Black theme is great.

I've always thought the vbulletin is the best, as it's clean and it's got the best search feature. I hate forums where you can't search by topic, which a lot of them seem to have.
 
I was put off at first largely because it's just the default vB theme so something clicks in your head that it's not thought of as an important part of the site. It's user friendly, but could do with an update of sorts. It's possible to update the looks of something without changing it completely.
 
This is the only forum I regularly go on.. so I don't have a reference, but I must say, Its pretty easy on my eyes...
 
I like the look of the forums. Definitely very easy on the eyes as far as i am concerned.

The only thing that i think could do with updating, to bring it into the future is a new set of Avatars!
