Only site I've had it on, so more of a server issue rather than routing I'd say.

My theory on this is simple. Everytime Drunkenmaster posts, the amount off banwidth he use's for 1 post will cause that delay of 20 seconds.

I'm on BT Broadband and nothing for me on O2 3G as well.
