Posting this for a friend. Those were the days when certain websites didn't exist and you had to dig round random websites. The first parts load well until the final bit confirms they are a lady boy.

It feels as though DNS is responding very, very slowly on every page load. Those pulsing bars we sometimes get in the top right corner aren't there which suggests it's not Xenforo itself being slow in processing.

I'm getting those pulsing three bars at the top. I thought it was me but internet speeds are fine, latency and jitter fine, and other sites are working great. Get the three bars and then usually "oops. we ran into some problems" message.
