Using the dark theme — the yellow highlight colour seems really out of place compared to the old dark theme.

allowing the user to change text color has challenges
- it can be difficult to use responsibly when the background color of the textbox you write your post in is different to the post once its posted
- because the forum has themed, you can't use colored text with a guarantee that everyone can see it, so it's basically pointless
- you can write text so it's hard to read on the popular themes, which makes it harder to moderate

Main issue is when viewing on a phone when your looking at a list of threads, you can't see see how many pages the thread is or jump into the thread at the last page or am I being dumb?

Having just toggled between all the themes, almost all of those text colours are readable on all of the themes anyway
