Forza 4

the only reason i'd be sad that new york isnt there is becasue it was one of the few remaining tracks where missile cars still worked in FM3. (new york and le mans are the only ones i can think of that arent ovals)

however if they rebalance the PI system so that missile cars will do something against the ridiculous handling no top end cars then i'll be a happy bunny. somewhere between FM3 and FM2 would be nice, preferably closer to FM2 than FM3 but even i'll admit that missile cars were a bit too good in FM2

So long as Sarthe and Nordschleife are in the game I'll be happy. I could probably live without Sarthe if Nord was there.... :p
Also really like Fujima!

if New York is in FM4 i hope they put the proper track in (New York Long) from FM1, as that was a good track.

not just New York short thats been in the last 2, thats the most boring track in the game IMO

they should put Blue Mountain, Rio, Alpine Ring and Tokyo back in while they're at it ;)

2 things I wish we could bring from GT5..I wasn't the biggest fan of it, sadly, but this track, Cape Ring, was AMAZING!

PS: Could we have that much tyre smoke in FM4 please? :)

Yeh that track was GT5's best unique feature imo. One of the very few new things that wasn't absolutely rubbish. Car sounds were rubbish... That Mustang sounds like its powered by a Dyson.... not a V8...

@Timbrad - I can understand where the hate comes from now! Postiano is bad enough in S class cars if you haven't got something with a lot of traction/4wd. R1 would be horrific!

Yup! :(

In other news:

51 events to go, 44 days to go, only A Class World Championship, 3 enduros, the rest are the 6, 5 and 4 race events, and 3 from the first column :D

I noticed quite a few FM3 tracks are missing - Le Mans, Sedona, New York, Motegi and Sunset Peninsula.

I'm hoping this is just because they haven't been seen in any teaser videos yet, not because they're missing from the game. The only reason I can see for removing them is disc space restrictions.

Although New York isn't much of a loss.

Sunset was crap aswell. Couldn't get into that track.

By the time I got to that point I was just hiring drivers for the crap events while I surfed the 'net in the other room!

Infact hang on.. i'm getting confused... I haven't played Forza for a while but Sunset has the raceway inside then goes outside? If so I don't like the time setting used when you go outside (obviously sunset) and I didn't like the layout. Infield only was fine.

That's Sedona. The reverse circuits have one corner outside, just before the long back straight that's used for the drag races, where you literally can not see a thing for the sun, and you have to either really know where to put the car, or just slow down to a crawl.

And yes - it's crap.

There's also one corner when you come back into the inside (or before you leave to go outside on the reverse) which is really hard to get right, which I always screw up.

No :p

I didn't like the 'sunset' feel to it. Hated the colours and the track just felt too long. (obviously the long circuit)

If you mean the speedway, I see whatcha mean, the infield circuit was great for me, great for racing, great for drifting etc...love it :D Remember once I went out to do a few laps to tune an R8 as I went, ended up doing 50 laps constant :D

I really want to, but I wanna also 100% it by hand :(
