Fanatec CSR Elite just ordered...

Fanatec CSR Elite just ordered...![]()
I've been reading the reviews & there was one where the reviewer had his own gt2 and he thought the csr elite was worth the upgrade... the gt2 is a bit newer than the turbo s isn't it?

Now to work through the event list...I know, the online is a complete joke. It's completely unbelievable that they havent sorted it out over a month after release.I've found the servers to be pretty bad since release, I've had many a race where it starts loading a circuit then it'll load back into the menus... very annoying!
Nice one, I'm trying to persuade myself i need to upgrade from the Fanatec Turbo S, the CSR Elite does look awesome, but is it going to be noticeably better.
Just dinged lvl125 today, I've got 60hrs into this game and still only 38% complete. Stuck at 695/1000 with the achievements... Need to borrow a Kinect and get someone to buy a tuning setup off me.... Then its just a long hard grind to get the others.
Im level 64, just under 11% done, looking at the events list with all the boxes is a little depressing...

still doesn't compare to GT5 graphics!Pretty silly question in this thread but is this game worth getting for £29.99? I've got Forza 3 and feel like it'll be the same again but would love to be proved wrong. Think I'll probably get this as opposed to Saints Row the 3rd for crimbo anyway.
Any thoughts?

I'd say so, the car physics in FM4 are quite a lot better than FM3 along with a much improved cockpit view.
The cars do tend to slide a lot during cornering for no apparent reason I find (mainly the more powerful road cars tbh) which gets a bit infuriating at times, you get used to it though.
