I'll be starting a thread soon showing my case mods as I have just done a lot of work to my Antec P180 case, cutting out case mesh and removing bits etc.

yeah i've contacted Chris before, not sure if i used my real name but my "auction id" is the same as on here, was amassed how quick he replied most people on "that auction site" are so slow getting back to you most of the time, and yeah still a good price m8 :cool:
would be interested to see how you get on Steve, could you post a link on here or something?

i'll be trying to spray some mesh later to see how it go's, fingers crossed it works because if it don't then i have no idea what else can be done, if it don't work might give Chris an e-mail to see if he's got any ideas :D

i will post a quick guide tomorrow as it's a little windy at the mo and the battery's in the camera are dead:(
i used plasti-kote gloss super and used a box to catch spray, light coats from a distance of about half a meter
 
Something I might look into, the tights I mean. Though the metal cloth does look cool. I think it's the same stuff I see on copier fan filters sometimes. If it is the same stuff, it's not that restrictive, block nearly all the dust, and is quite tuff.
 
how do i get awnsers as to why my sig is not right??? the pic is 400x75 and about 16k and has 1 line of text under it???

anyway i've finished my guide on making custom filters for the Coolermaster HAF932 clicky

and if someone can explain what the hell is going on with my sig i would be most greatfull as i don't really want to make a new thread or anything to sort it out
 
Bit of a huge thread revival here but am very interested in how you are finding this stuff a couple of years on? I am heavily modding a CM Scout and amongst other things i am fitting a new window with a 200mm side intake fan and think that this stuff could be perfect for the filter.
