Fractal Design Define R6

It says on another retailer that the black out edition is not out until march 28th, hm maybe I will just get a dark base 700. I need a case soon so it would be the R6 with white parts or the Dark base 700. I guess I could replace the PCI covers and not use the fans, but then it is not so good value hmmm. Can you see the bottom fans once the case is setup? I could put the fractal fans at the bottom, but I wanted to go for mostly black colours and did not really want the white fans, but if you put then in bottom slots can you see them?
 
That's what i did, ditched the stock fans and replaced the pci covers and binned the hdd trays, no you wont be able to see the bottom fans as the psu cover hides them.
 
I don't know why fractal bother with the white and black version, most people would prefer the blackout anyway (like every other manufacturer uses), they should just make the blackout version or at least make it available at launch.
 
I don't rate my R5 that much. If you've used an all-metal case in the past then anything with a lot of plastic elements just does not look/feel quality :(

Unfortunately we launched the black versions and all other colours, white, grey and blackout were meant to follow within weeks. We however hit a few issues which has delayed things

The blackouts are about ready to ship in this next week from our factory and then it’s 5 weeks on the water so I would say late Feb could be achieved

are the usb and hd audio cables like that all of of them ? with the rainbow colours ?
 
They will be i'm sure, doesn't bother me though because i only use the USB 3 header, wouldn't be hard to put on another bit of heatshrink though.
