Free Shipping for Loyal Forum Members

I have no idea why I missed this! Been a member for so long, just reading rather than posting!

I've probably missed it somewhere but what's the minimum spend to get free shipping? I've had free shipping on 2 orders recently but went to purchase a £29.99 item this morning and it didn't give me a free shipping option.

Hmm...

Try asking in Customer Service.

I've just added £1000 of items to a basket and the free shipping option has disappeared.

Something's up then. I've emailed them to see. Unfortunately I ended up buying from a competitor in the end as it worked out cheaper with paying for delivery.

Have you linked your shop account with your forum account?

Login to the OcUK Website
Go to You are Your Account and scroll down to the "Forums Account" section and enter your Forums Username and Password

My last few orders I've noticed that my account defaults to next day delivery before 10am which is about £20, even though Free next delivery is available.

This happened to me this morning, had to change it to next day myself for free shipping.

Yes, I've had free delivery on 2 recent orders unless its become unlinked some how. It usually defaults to free shipping but there wasn't an option at all for it when I tried this morning. Just tried again now and there's definitely no free option.

There was an error storing your details - please try again or contact [email protected] if this continues. The value returned was ""

Not sure what has happened there mate, I had zero issue with mine.

Once again great service from overclockers, free delivery wouldn't work online so I phoned the order through a the gent applied the free shipping offer over the phone.

Once again there's my reason for only using overclockers

I sent an email to the webmasters address
