The requirements for free shipping aren't exactly onerous.

Considering how long you've been a member a couple of posts week an you'd have qualified.

I thought NI got it too for a bit? Did it change again because i just got ripped on two items costing a tenner each to post. The "Item" is even more expensive than elsewhere. Yet when i pay this £10 for DPD you know what they do?

They never show up and email me telling me be in from 3-5, No no they turn up at 5:30pm the day after! It is too expensive to be using a rip off bunch of amatuers like DPD.

Does the free shipping for loyal forum members include a DPD delivery option ? Reason I ask is, I bought a HDD the other week from here. I logged into my account and placed my order but the only free shipping option was Royal Mail First Class. This was ok, but I couldn't track my parcel like you can with DPD.

It will choose the cheapest delivery option. If you add some more items, then it will change over to DPD. Being a single hard drive, is cheaper for us to send via RM, which is why this will be auto selected.

it should apply to banned members, especially when you ban them for no good reason.......... look at my posts, i get no free postage at all and i'm buying gear off you all the time.

Banned users do not have free shipping. However, when unbanned you will have free shipping. Users are not banned for no good reason, if you feel that is the case please email a moderator.
