Royal Mail has been borked for me since August 2020 We get a pile of packages and letters about every other Saturday.

I've got a regular arrangement with a friend 10 minutes away, to have things delivered to her!

Even trying to get through to them on the phone can be an hour or more.

i'll be using ocuk a lot more due to the offer though. when buying items that total around £100, free shipping is a real dangling carrot

There has been a temporary update to this whilst we fix some things with the shipping. The order value must be over £20 to receive free DPD Next Day delivery, currently Royal Mail is not an option, so if your order value is under £20, free shipping unfortunately is not available at this time.

Will the Royal Mail option be coming back anytime soon? I am looking at buying one of the XXL Mouse mats while they are on sale, right now the mat is £7.49 and postage adds a further £8.70

I picked up the biggest OC mat some time ago, was half price at £15, free DPD postage. So worth having a look at those and buy a fan or something to take you over the £20 minimum.
