Just about to place an order and noticed free shipping on 1st class RM. Is this the only choice or should DPD be also free as well?

It depends on the order, you'll get one or the other, whichever is cheapest for OcUK I would imagine.

again i've received no free shipping, plus you charged me 17 quid for Win 7 to be delivered...... i've complained about this once before, sorry i will not buy from OCUK again, this is once too often..... i've just rung you up and you were going to deliver on saturday :eek:

...... no way, i paid for next day before 12am !!!!!.... i've been waiting at home all morning !

Malcolm, you have paid £17 as this is how much the before 10am service is, and this is what has been selected. Free shipping does not apply to this premium service, if you select the normal DPD Next Day delivery which is £0.00 then you would not have been charged anything. You placed the order online, we don't need to know if you are entitled as it is automatic when it is linked with your account.

Would you like me to change the delivery from the DPD before 10am to the normal DPD Next Day so I can refund your shipping?

I doubt it, it is a 2 DPD day service to get there as far as I am aware, due to this it costs us quite a bit to ship orders there, so depends on DPD really if they reduce costs etc. Sorry!

You will be entitled if you are not suspended/banned, if you are suspended/banned you will not be entitled.

Just a quick check, Saturday delivery isn't free is it? Whether I order or not comes down to this as I can't get time off work but also can't really justify extra money on my already unjustifiable new build!

Saturday deliveries is a premium cost so will not be free. If you pay for a Saturday delivery you will find it will be delivered in the mornings majority of the time too.

I don't think that they are currently on Overclockers 'courier list', but HDNL (now part of Yodel, I believe) who are used by companies such as Amazon, seem to treat Saturday as a 'normal' delivery day, which can be useful.
