Yes, same cards.

HIS are simply re-flashing the BIOS on current cards, so its a simple BIOS re-flash and new packaging. Exactly same as what NVIDIA did with GTX 680 re-worked/re-flashed to GTX 770. Whether or not the clock speeds will be upped or lowered is unknown. But essentially the same card/hardware, so same overclock possible.

260X, 290, and 290X will have it.

that's lousy pricing considering the 7970 prices at launch day was around 440 quid
