Yeah but leclerc in gp2 didn't make, mistakes in sauber or whatever it was then he didn't make mistakes. The body language did look odd, then also consider Carlos mistakes early in the year, yet he didn't make that many mistakes at other teams.
Perhaps the ferrari engine is doing something clever in corners that they want to keep quiet about.

That’s not the craziest theory I‘ve seen in an F1 thread.

But he did make unforced errors in Sauber. I like Leclerc but he is known for occasional errors. As he said he needs to minimise them if he wants to become a world champion.

Interesting theory on the engine/throttle thing though. I could imagine Ferrari doing something like that.

I did think are they doing some kind of traction control wizardry with the throttle?
That would be quite daft though surely. Corners are taken on the very edge of grip no? Any meddling with electronics mid-corner is really going to cause problems?

The Ferrari engines sound different. Not a little different, a lot different. They don’t make the same noise off-throttle as any other engine and when they get on the throttle they make a very noticeable, loud noise - far louder than all others.

It might not be traction control or anything illegal or even questionable but they are different. I watched the onboard video of Sainz in FP2 and the noise isn’t captured anything like what they sounded like trackside. I’ll see if I can find any amateur footage filmed from Sainte Baume which will illustrate what I mean…
