The French Open starts tomorrow and Djokovic and Swiatek are currently the bookies favourites for the titles as well as the top seeds. It's hard to argue against Swiatek winning considering her form this season but my money's on Alcaraz to win the men's title this year. He's the form player, he's dominated the clay court season and neither Djokovic nor Nadal are looking in great shape heading in to the tournament. The former has been struggling for form and the latter a foot injury.

No Murray or Federer this year, Murray's skipping the French to concentrate on the grass court season and Federer's still recovering from an injury and isn't expected to play again until later this year.

Oh! I was looking for it in the TV guide and wondered if they were only covering the second week or something. Luckily, I have ES for snooker and cycling so that's not a problem pour moi. :)

Of course, I'll be rooting for Rafa as always.

Good wins for Norrie and Evans, can't believe that's Evans' first ever win at the FO!

Raducanu is in a bit of a battle, let's see if she can win a 3 set match without getting injured

Yeh, hopefully she can be fully fit and fighting for Wimbledon.

Annoying that she isn’t getting into form as there isn’t a single person on the WTA to route for over even a few tournaments.

Few of the commentators said they weren't expecting much from her today, not sure if that was due to her poor build up or the form of her opponent who I knew nothing about. Girl just needs a run of matches and some stability, she'll be absolutely fine if she finds that.

In better news, Norrie won in 3 and Evans is playing at 2:30 tomorrow afternoon.

My pick, Alcaraz, is currently 3-3 in the 4th and down 2-1 in sets

Nadal comes through 6-3 in the final set.

FAA is going to be one hell of a player in a few years but I find him absolutely unbearable to watch, his grunt is the worst on tour so glad he's been knocked out.

Can't see Nadal beating Djokovic in the next round, he's been struggling with his injury for months and hasn't played much tennis. Expect a 3-0 or 3-1 Djokovic win this time.

Cilic was incredible last night. That side of the draw is opening up for him, although even if he reaches the final I can't see him beating Novak or Nadal. He could beat Alcaraz, but only if he lets his inexperience get in the way which hasn't been an issue for him yet
