You can make up memory with paged memory to disk, however that does slightly suck sometimes.
Ive played Bf2 with half a gig and it worked, jerky as hell without two drives though

Are they you're own? Dog on the right looks a lot like my one.

I couldn't find a decent picture of the same pose but she often sleeps in the same way

Aye they are, the one on the right (Charlie) sleeps in some rather odd ways.
