I believe only USAF operate them. Didn't they deny its existence for a long time?

We have RAF Leuchars just along the road so may have been a fuel stop

We don’t use any, here is the current RAF inventory:

We have had RIAT and Farnborough in the last couple of weeks so it’s probably American.

Was it a F-22A Raptor?
