Coupling is superb, a more adult version of Friends effectively, though once Geoff left it killed it off.
Christ I remember when they were negotiating to get $1m per episode, had no idea about the cheddar made from reruns.

Don't let that put you off, he is literally seen for about 5 minutes out of a 2 hour runtime, it really is good.

That's some relief, will still watch it, just dampened my interest momentarily. I truly do not understand how he is so liked.
He really has let himself go, he was nowhere that big on Top Gear.

Which is why getting to 100 episodes is a BIG deal. 100 episodes is the traditional number for a show to enter syndication as it allows for 20 weeks of 5 days a week reruns without repeating an episode. There are exceptions of shorter shows with good syndication but the typical number is 100, around the 5th seasons mark.
When a show gets there, like Big Bang, the cast literally signed their pension fund with it.
I watched this rather apprehensively... and was pleasantly surprised! Slightly cringe in places but generally a nice watch. It may not be cool anymore but Friends is a legendary show and I don't think there will ever be anything like it.

LOL, came to post the same, I can't watch it. Doesn't seem to be any point in watching it. Seems them just sitting talking about the fact that they where in fact actors in a show called friends.
The point is that it's a nostalgia trip for the fans and actors alike, a trip down memory lane, hence the name "reunion" it shows some of the good moments from the series, bloopers, and some stuff that we didn't know before. It was really well done.
Thought it was ****. You watch these things cause you want to see if they are in fact still all friends, and maybe some inside info on how stuff went down during the show, but it was just a look back at the stuff we already knew and had seen, with a bunch of people telling them they're great, even though they all look like **** now. Only Leblanc and Cudrow came across like they hadn't had they're ears pulled back. Sadly with interludes of that ****** Corden, it really was a bunch of crap.

this life - maybe still on iplayer, was on again, in last 6 months - yes that's good
so the friends writers, other claim to fame, was dream on - didn't know that - but can remember watching more episodes than of friends.
Coupling was an excellent show.
