Nope, just hope it isn't a let down like most hyped fights are. I remember the Hatton Mayweather hype and I think I had slight depression after that.

The canopy is there in case it rains.

The more I see the stoppage from different angles and in slow motion, the more Im feeling that the stoppage weren't that bad. Groves was slumping his head and staggering, he looked gone.

This will be the first fight when I'm not backing either side. I'm on the fence at the moment. I'll be behind the fighter who wants it the most. Hopefully the winner will be the one that deserves it.

That Joshua is a beast - will be interested to see how he develops over the next couple of years - with wlad getting on a bit, he's got all the tools to do well :-)

As for the main event, I think unless Groves rocks Froch early again (don't think he will) he's going to get stopped around 9 again. Last time it took froch 4 or 5 rounds to clear his head from the kd and when he did he started taking over.

One of the reasons I disliked Froch for so long. He's proved himself since then but looking back at the type of fighter he's struggled against Calzaghe would have given him a boxing lesson.

I may need to chill out more, but one thing that really annoys me in boxing is the rich no marks who don't know a thing about boxing sitting at the ringside bellowing out boxing instructions to world class professional fighters.
