Fuel up/down again

I filled up with 'premium' (93, which isn't really premium, right?) for $1.20/gallon the other day, regular was $0.96/gallon (16p/litre). That did have a $0.60/gallon discount on to be fair but I'm not going to argue with a $15 fill up.

Fuel prices seem to be on the rise again. Supermarkets are up 1p-2p and the others quite a lot more.

I think it's more the exchange rate (fueled by Brexit uncertainty) with the USD than the price of oil itself (which is usually quoted in USD).

Its both, oil is up quite a bit over its lows earlier in the year.

But yes, we have the anti EU brigade to thank too :p

I was wondering what had forced the slight rise!

The supermarkets are currently at 101.9p up from 99p a litre a week or two ago.

Only managed a couple of tanks of the lowest i've seen at 1.119p for V Power. Now it's up at 1.115p. Looking back at my Road Trip log though i can't complain as i have paid consistently over 1.399p for it...

Unl will go up more yet, Dv should/might go down as it is 4-5p cheaper on the platts prices currently
To give an idea 109.9 and 105.9 would be a small profit on both grades. Expect the prices will go to 106.9 or 107.9 for both.

In March Unl has gone up over 6ppl wholesale but diesel just 2ppl

Prices here have gone up about 20% in a month - I paid $1.479 for regular about a month ago but $1.759 yesterday.
