Ok looking at the other thread which you posted screenshots of your bios.

You need 1.320 for 4.2ghz.

I had a google and on your cpu vcore if you press the pageup key, does it show a + sign, something like this +000025 or numbers as something like 1.320

Yes try normal and if you keep pressing that key it should go to a plus sign.

Yeah but no need to record the screen, just leave hwinfo64 open and it will show the min and max vcore.

Had to stop it as its got hotter.Getting on for 70C now.

Take a screenshot of just that and also on that hwinfo64 is there a reading called VR T1.

No VR T1. It seems to be running everything slower now i set it to Normal and its getting much hotter

Ok so normal has made it worst in temps, but im not sure vcore it would have used till i see a picture of it and for the temperate readings.

Temperate 1 is motherboard
Temperate 2 is northbridge
Temperate 3 is cpu

Put it back on Auto and its still overheating. Turned off hpc and its back to normal
