Are the problems with FPS fixed in Dishonoured 2? Been reading reviews on Steam, people with 1070s and 1080s only hitting 30-40 FPS...

Are the problems with FPS fixed in Dishonoured 2? Been reading reviews on Steam, people with 1070s and 1080s only hitting 30-40 FPS...
I have 2500K, 8GB RAM and 1070 and I have 60fps 99% of the time.

It is an amazing game. Brilliant mission design and atmosphere, I god damn love Arkane. I bet Prey will be incredible too next year.

I'm holding off the urge until I purchase a 1070 (hopefully on Black Friday!). Don't think my R9 270 2GB would cut it haha.

My 290X doesn't, so I'd say definitely not. (even though it handles other much better looking games fine)

Doom was incredible, and really hope they release some single player DLC for it.
but ultimately I voted DS3 as its the game iv spent the most amount of time on this year.

Only one ive played is Doom and for like 20 mins so ive voted for that.
Pretty poor year to be honest which i why i stopped playing back in Jan. First game i played was Doom 2 days ago. Looks like ive not missed anything.

same. Althought it looks damn beautiful. I never could get into them. I bought them all for some reason, Witcher, Witcher 2, Witcher 3. Never gone beyond the first village for any of them.

I'm pretty sure there isn't going to be another.
I was the same, with all the Witcher games actually. I even went as far as to buy all 3 Witcher games because of the great feedback they all got, but try as I might and despite a decades old love of RPGs and MMOs, I just could not get into the Witcher games.

CD Projekt recently outlined a six-year plan that includes releasing Cyberpunk 2077 sometime after 2017, and another mysterious triple-A role-playing game between 2017 and 2021. I thought that second game had to be a Witcher 4 of sorts, but Iwinski saying there are no plans casts doubt on this.
"We are a publicly traded company so we cannot comment on that but I can assure you we are not working on another Witcher," he replied.

As someone that loved Witcher 1 and 2, the third was needlessly long and tedious.
