Who cares? Even if a future recruiter did a search and saw topless photos from years ago of the person, if they can do the job and are qualified why would that matter?

I thought Diamond Mark was the seminal definition of a 21st century chav: a flashy house and new money but no taste? That's about all I remember of him. He had 'fans' here? Odd.

It must be a culture thing. Or a Gen-Z thing.

I occasionally watch streamers (very occasionally) but only in moments of extreme boredom, and I would never tip/pay them for their "work" :p If they don't like playing the game they can find something else to do, I'm not paying to keep them playing, haha.

But *plenty* do. And not small amounts. People chucking hundreds of pounds at these guys and gals.

Now I'm sure many of these people aren't rich. So why are they throwing their money at the screen like this?

Is it just a way of saying, "I don't give a toss about priorities, I live in the moment, here, have £100, I don't really care, it's only money..."

Hah - lot of people edited posts and/or tried to downplay it or deflect after the fact - but he certainly had a few strung along who as said above pour scorn on anyone who questioned him, etc.

Unfortunately he is (was) one of those characters that is all "buddy, buddy" and suckers people in and you look like the bad person for questioning them.
 
If I could sell pictures of my bum hole for $35 a sub I definitely would. No one wants to see that Sarlacc pit though.
