Hell yeh, used to love that game!
Something about cars with mounted machine guns and rockets on top of them, blasting the beejaysus out of other vehicles!
couple already mentioned like TA and SWOS but for me couple I remember are quazatron think it was called and bit more modern bloodrayne . Would be nice to see few arcade / mage drive games remade ie wonderboy , shinobi type games loads to pick from

Ah there's far too many to mention ! Someone should invent a programme that automatically updates the visuals of any old game , but kept it exactly the same , then everyone would be happy
