Garden room / posh shed /workshop build log

Fancy shed / workshop. Mainly for my bikes & tools, and somewhere to tinker, but also for my wife to screen print (though she's already got the box room as her work room, so this is predominantly my space). Plan is for a full length workbench across the back with storage below. A large foldaway table for printing. Bikes will go where the Ikea unit is in the pic. I built it as a proper garden room so it can be anything we want it to be in the future. Could be an office, or a 'den' type area (if the wifi reaches I might get a tv on the wall :D). The teenager wants to be able to use it as an exercise space, which there should be room for.

Now, what to do with a load of 11mm OSB offcuts...? I've a spare full sheet as well as my usual "+10% for wastage" wasn't necessary. If it was 18mm I'd build storage units with it but fear this would be far too thin.
Haha you'd done better than me. I forgot I ordered 4m x 2m boards when the spec called for 1.2x0.6m. Ended up with double the quantity! Luckily my merchant is dirt cheap so I sold them for what I paid with no delay.

Did any of you use a sealing foam/gasket between the floor and the bottom plates on your walls??
No - not sure why you would need to? It is all on the "inside" of the structure. For the doors, I just whacked down a load of Plumbers Gold to seal the sill.

No. Maybe should have though as there are some small gaps. They're sealed along the inside edge to prevent draughts and the outside will have cladding over to prevent rain ingress.
Thats what i was thinking, it would help seal any potentials gaps between timber and base. Think i will add some to mine.... its cheap enough an item to not scrimp on it.
