Gary Speed Dead

Gonna get "Speed" on my Sheff Utd shirt when I get the chance to get down to the club shop. Might look a bit daft, but I don't care.
 
Leeds win 4-0
Newport win 4-0
Cardiff win 2-0
Vokes, Church and King score and 2 assists from Bellamy.

Nice night for remembering Speed.
 
At sheff utd match yesterday, they did a little memorial thing for speed, but they mentioned something else as well. The u15s girls team were also there, and they lost a team mate this week. :(
 
Gary Speeds wife says Speed did send he a text 4 days before he died about committing suicide and that they had an exchange of words hours before before she found him dead

Sad stuff but as expected for those close to him this wasn't as out of the blue as it appeared to the rest of us

EDIT: Official line is that the Coroner says there is no evidence to suggest Speed did intend to take his own life (although admits that the other possibilities as to why he had a noose around his neck were unlikely)

Yeah I saw this on teletext earlier.

They had an argument the night before apparently, Speed locked the wife out the house and she slept in the car, next day he was found.

Tragic really.
