) I can recommend Nexgrill. The stainless steel build quality is bulletproof and it's lasted years, left out in all weather, while taken in during the winter months. Good price and great quality, although Costco have the best prices, so factor that in.whole heartedly agree, You are looking for a large outdoor Hob @Minibiker lolNo such thing as a gas BBQ, it's an outdoor grill![]()
So does that mean when I smoke a nice shoulder of pork, delicately rubbed with seasoning and cooked low and slow over many hours that it is not BBQ?Yes I have a gas grill outside, it goes along with my proper kettle BBQ.
Its just far quicker should it be a spur of the moment decision or if people have their washing out.

Does it matter if all the meat is boneless? No such thing as a gas BBQ, it's an outdoor grill![]()
As I've had to switch from charcoal to gas, coz stupid neighbour and just not being worth the constant hassle (i still get hassle) I can recommend Nexgrill. This made me chuckleNah coals only light when it's 20c+...![]()

My view is it really depends how you intend to use it and how much effort you want to put into it - if you're aiming to pop into the garden and cook something three or four evenings a week all summer, personally I couldn't be bothered with faffing around with charcoal to do that - too much time wasted on lighting it, letting it burn through, clearing it away later in the evening once it's cooled etc. If it's to be treated as more of an event but not very frequently then that arguably adds to the experience. So I'm now stuck as a lot of people say go charcoal, does anybody use these most of the year, I don't want to buy something that I can only really use in warmer weather
