2 Seymour Duncan Invaders. I got them years ago, and then Tom Delonge released his Strat, so everyone wanted them:(

Good pickups. Powerful with good mids.

I remember having to wait months for them to be shipped over to the UK beacuse i wanted Zebra coloured ones.:D

Here's a few more.

There's a Reason 5? Just fired up Reason 4 here for a bit of a sesh. I got the Abbey Road refill a couple of weeks ago, great addition :)

Sorry mate I've only just seen your post!
It's fantastic (I overuse this word, but it really is!). The motorised faders are very useful, give it that professional feel and the built quality is great. I also like the fact that there's 2 headphone sockets on the front - useful for 2 players or just to have 2 people listening rather than using monitors.
There's no problems at all, getting it set up in Pro Tools can be an issue at first but once it's setup it works great just like any other control desk.
I picked mine up off to bay used for £500 (some nutter put a Buy It Now price on when it was 2 months old!) and had to buy Pro Tools separately. Again I picked that up off the bay for £80 or so and just downloaded the latest version.
If you'd like to know anything else just give us a shout :)

Yeah, the motorised faders look awesome. I realise that you're still mixing it on the PC and not on hardware, but it's fine with me - I'm too lazy to adjust all the levels by mouse! I might sell off my Fast Track Ultra and get a ProjectMix, depends on how PT8 is. My FTU doesn't work with Pro Tools 7.4 but is supposed to be compatible with Pro Tools 8, so when it comes out (hopefully soon!) I'll have my fingers crossed.

ive just bought a 003 rack, i was going to go for a project mix, or a 003 desk, but at the end of the day your still mixing inside the box (but if thats what you want its fine) its just the same as mixing with the mouse apart from you can automate two faders at once, my next upgrade will be a proper mixing desk i think, looking at a yamaha 02R.

I think the DD racks are a bit expensive for what they are - you aren't getting PT HD with the 002/003 and you can get an M-Audio one for around the same price. Like Maccy said, I'd love a 003 but the 4 XLR inputs on it limit it a bit - I use 7/8 mics when recording drums so the M-Audio ones are better in that respect.

I dream of a PT HD set up though . . . the prices are quite frightening though! :p

We have some nice ones in the studios at uni, the Control 24 is hooked up to Pro Tools HD and it works brilliantly.
And like you said, I'm anticipating Pro Tools 8 too. I hope it'll have a better MIDI editor too *fingers crossed*

Had these for around a year or so but haven't posted them!

The AAX stage pack replaced my B8 (ugh) pack and the 18" HXX-Xplosion  replaced my cracked 17" AXX! Sorry for the rubbish quality. Enjoy!

Have you got Pro Tools 8 yet? The boxed versions all seem to be coming out in Jan here.

I'm going to buy an M-Audio ProjectMix in the next couple of weeks so I shall be getting my copy of PT8 with that! (the one I have now is . . . an "acquired" version :p)

My finger is over the purchase button for Pro Tools 8. Just don't know if I can justify it yet....it's supposed to have a completely new layout and GUI.
