German Grand Prix 2010, Hockenheimring Circuit - Race 11/19

He's changed his tune when they said they told Webber to let Vettel past and then the story changed again.

I have no problem with people complaining about it but lets not let the hypocrites start banging the drum.

EJ, Horner and no doubt another bad liar Whitmarsh will start.

Yeap, i agree with DC saying that it is a rubbish rule and is unworkable.

FIA won't do anything about it, just watch.

In reality they can't. They told Massa he was slower and in the eyes of the defense they would say massa made the choice to give up the place to a faster driver.

Massa would give evidence to that and there wouldn't be a case to answer.

Again not that I agree but you can't punish a driver for nothing more than moving over at his own choice. Again not that is whats happened but thats all they can prove.

To be fair, the Ferrari team position should be simple. "We noticed Alonso was faster than Massa. We informed Massa of this and Massa let him pass."

EJ = Hypocritical annoying idiot

As far as Ferrari lawyers are concerned 'at no time were team orders clearly given. The result of the race would not have changed from a team perspective, therefore not altered.'

The FIA have no case for penalising them without either losing under appeal or being counter sued.

Whilst I agree it was clearly team orders it just goes to show the rule is unworkable.

Lets face it there isn't a team in F1 that wouldn't do the same thing if it was to their advantage in the World Championship.

Well, just when I thought it was all getting processional and a bit dry, Ferrari and Alonso really like to make things controversial.

It was more shocking to see that Ferrari where so dominant, and Maclaren have dropped back a bit..

Redbull reliability wobbles once more reared their ugly head! But Vettel had a good race, although I bet being outpaced by both Ferrari's for the majority of the race is an experience he wasn't quite expecting!

Jenson was robbed of 4th, I think he deserved to finish ahead of Lewis this week, but circumstances/luck sometimes go for you and sometimes against you. Lewis just had no sparkle all weekend (IMO), and I think Jenson was on better form.

Lets see how the 'team orders' unfolds, Rob Smedley is a star, but I bet he gets reprimanded for that..

when has whitmarsh given team orders?

He's a ****ing bad liar. The whole Hamilton liegate crap, plus they have issued team orders to effectively hold station again just not as blatant.

Team orders exist in f1, we may not like them and I dont, but every team has them.
