Getting a refund

If you want to report this to the police, do it online via action fraud here: http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/report_fraud

Complete and utter waste of time to be honest. They didn't do anything for the gang who charge £250 a pop for "training" after being told you've been successful in a fake job interview, and continue to this day, on british soil.

You'd have to be utterly naive to think Action Fraud is going to go to vietnam and have a word with this guy shipping fake trainers. Maybe it's the other end of the the same naevity that made one think £35 Air Maxes could possibly be legit. :p

What's going to happen is they will inform Border Control/HMRC what packages/shipments to look out for/scrutinise, then people won't get their trainers at all. They don't care about the consumer jetting fakes, they care about the tax JD Sports pays.

I would also be interested to see some pictures.

Vietnam is actually where the majority of Nike's shoes are made these days, so perhaps there is a chance they might be stolen or seconds/damaged.

Action Fraud is as much about collecting intelligence as enforcement. You're right that in this particular case, it's doubtful that much will come of it, but if you contact your local force, even less will happen.

totally true with my dealings with them.

Bloke in Manchester selling sim racing gear, took monies and false promises and no show on items or refunds. Over months, nothing. Reported him to ActionFraud with full details of address, pictures, cars he uses the lot. They just passed it to manchester police who then after 2 months said it was not worth their effort and to add insult to injury, included an actionfraud leaflet in the letter.

Complete waste of tax payers money ActionFraud
